Baby Kneupper is a...

Yesterday Cody and I went to our monthly appointment and had our halfway point Ultrasound! We got to see our sweet baby's face. Cody and I both could not stop smiling. It was a crazy and wonderful thing. It made the whole thing alot more real to Cody.

The Ultrasound tech was able to determine the gender.... BUT we had him write it down on a piece of paper and put it in an envelope for us. We will take the envelope to HEB tomorrow morning and have them fill a box with either Pink or Blue balloons (without us seeing) and seal the box. Cody and I will then take the box to Abilene and meet all the family for a gender reveal party! I hope to have several pictures of this fun event on the blog soon after the weekend.

Anyways, here are a couple of pictures of our sweet baby that we cannot wait to kiss in January! Hope everyone has a lovely Friday and great Labor Day holiday.

20 weeks... Halfway there! (WOW!)

How far along? 20 weeks
Total weight gain/loss? 7-8 lbs I think
Maternity Clothes? Starting to wear them more often. Just more comfortable ... I don't want to squeeze the baby!
Stretch marks? 0 :)
Sleep? It's ok besides the middle of the night severe leg cramps
Best moment of the week?going out with friends to the Gillespie Co. Fair
Miss anything? Nope
Movement? Yes. Mostly when I lay down at night. I think it's because I'm finally still enough to notice.
Food cravings? Nothing particular right now.
Anything make you queasy or sick? Nope :)
Have you started to show?yes... I think so. But other people tell me I'm not. My gut is stickin out- I hope people don't think it's always been this way.
Gender prediction? Hmm all wives tails and Chinese calendar say boy. Renee thinks girl. This time next week we will all know!
Labor signs? No
Bellybutton in or out? Inny
Wedding ring on or off? On
Happy or Moody? Happy/Moody 50/50 ... Sorry Cody.
Looking forward to? The Sonogram on Thursday! Can't wait to see our sweet baby's face! Sooo excited I want to scream!

19 Weeks ... Baby is the size of a Mango!

So each week and I am getting further and further behind! Sorry guys. And this week, I dont have a picture- I'll try to remember to take one tonight when I get home from work.

 

How far along? 19 weeks

Sleep: Not so good last night. Cody decided since it cooled off, we could sleep with the windows open instead of using the AC. Turns out the AC not only cools the house down, but it blocks out alot noise that can keep a girl awake! Dogs snoring, Cody snoring, rooster crowing, etc.

Best moment this week: Well I have finally started to feel the lil baby moving around. Its subtle and I have to really concentrate to determine if its gas or the baby. Lol.

Miss Anything? Some of clothes have stopped looking good. They fit, but I just look like im squeezed inside them. So I miss some of my clothes.

Movement: YES! Finally the lil turd is moving around. Cody cannot feel it yet, but hopefully soon!

 

 

Food cravings: Chocolate and Milk. Chocolate Milk is good too.

Gender: Only 8 more days and we will find out!

Labor signs: Nope

Belly Button: Inny

Symptoms: My Back started hurting a little this week but nothing serious.

Looking forward to: Fall Weather, and the sonogram next thursday of course!!

Master's graduation from TAMU!

18 Weeks .... Baby is the size of an Avocado!!

How far along? 18 weeks
Total weight gain/loss? 5 lbs ?? Honestly, I try not to weigh myself. Just wait for the Dr. Appt.
Maternity Clothes? Thankfully most of clothes still fit just fine. But I got a lot of “Hamby” downs from Stacie this past week!
Sleep? Not so good recently. Not sure why
Best moment of the week? GRADUATION FROM TAMU!!!!!

Miss anything? Not being able to water ski L
Movement? I think a little bit. It really is hard to tell. Just feels like gas bubbles.
Food cravings? Milk.
Anything make you queasy or sick? Apparently gargling salt water (I have a sore throat) makes me gag.
Have you started to show? Maybe… J
Gender prediction? No idea. Cody and I are soooo ready to find out. Aug. 30^th!

Happy or Moody? Happy sometimes and Moody sometimes. Hey, I am just being honest.
Looking forward to? Knowing if the little squirt is a boy or a girl!

Maternity Clothes? I use the bellyband for my dress pants for work but jeans still fit great!

Sleep? It's all good.
Best moment of the week? Hearing the heartbeat! 153
Miss anything? Not currently.
Movement? Not yet. Dr said its normal not to feel the baby til 18-20 weeks and maybe not even til 22 weeks.
Food cravings? Water with lime
